Pedro Motta is one of the five artists who won the 6th edition of the Marcantonio Vilaça Award CNI SESI SENAI.
The 6th edition of the CNI SESI SENAI Marcantonio Vilaça Award for Visual Arts (2017-2018) received 633 entries, evaluated by a jury formed by the curator of the award, Marcus Lontra; by the critics Cauê Alves (São Paulo-SP), Jailton Moreira (Porto Alegre-RS), Marcelo Campos (Rio de Janeiro-RJ) and Moacir dos Anjos (Recife-PE), in addition to the winners of previous editions: the curator who won the 5th Marcantonio Vilaça Award, Divino Sobral (Goiânia-GO) and the artist who won the 2nd Marcantonio Vilaça Award, Lucia Laguna (Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ).
The CNI SESI SENAI Marcantonio Vilaça Prize for Visual Arts is one of the most traditional art awards in the country.
