Liliane Dardot was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, 1946. Graduated from EBA UFMG, where she was a drawing teacher (1969/77). She resided in Olinda, PE (1978/89), where she was active in the Oficina Guaianases de Gravura. Returning to Belo Horizonte, she taught lithography at the Guignard School (1990/97). She lives and works in Belo Horizonte, where she her studio is based. She has works in drawing, engraving, painting as well as in situ and interactive.
